tim russert's rainbow

tim russert died suddenly last friday, and he has been much eulogized by friends and colleagues. he was a good man by all accounts and a fine reporter. and the universe seemed to concur. at the end of his memorial service at the Kennedy Center yesterday, Somewhere Over the Rainbow played and then, as people left the center, they were treated to this vision over Washington.
