for some reason, the city of Savannah decided that trick or treating should take place on Saturday night instead of tonight. why? you don't mess with halloween! there is some argument about it being a "school night," but Halloween falls on a school night 5 out of 7 times. there must be some Christian connection and it pisses me off.
